How to Order

Your human-hair wig care guide

  1. Detangle gently. Start at the ends and work upwards with a wide-tooth comb. Support the hair near the cap and take extra care around the lace.
  2. Wash when needed. Use cool water and a gentle shampoo suitable for your unit. Smooth the shampoo down the lengths and rinse well. Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends, keeping it away from the lace and knots.
  3. Dry before storing. Blot gently with a towel and let the cap dry completely on a wig stand. When heat-styling, use heat protectant and a low heat setting.
  4. Glueless wear-and-go wigs. Remove your wig before bed. Once it’s completely dry, keep it on a stand or in a satin bag.
  5. Installed lace wigs. Follow your stylist’s instructions for washing and adhesive removal. Avoid pulling on the lace when removing the unit.
